Where to manage your account
We use Freemius to handle subscriptions and payments.
You can manage everything from your account portal here:
What you can do there
- View your active subscription and renewal date (if applies)
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices and receipts
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan
- Manage your license(s) and authorized sites
Login notes
- Use the same email address you used at checkout.
- If you cannot access your account, use the password reset option on the account portal.

If you run into an issue with billing, invoices, or logging in, send us a message and include:
- The email used at checkout
- The license key (if available)
- A screenshot of any error message
