Agent skills

Agent Skills give the agent domain knowledge for working correctly with each area of Automatic.css.

You can customize any skill’s instructions to better match your workflow.

New skills are actively being developed. Keep an eye on this page.

Where to find it

WordPress admin → Schema → Context → Agent Skills

How it works

  • Skills are only loaded on demand.
  • Before the agent works in an area (colors, spacing, typography, and so on), it loads the matching skill.
  • Skills provide the “rules of the road” so the agent does not have to guess how ACSS works.

Skills available

In Context → Agent Skills, you will see a list of skills. Each skill includes a short summary of what it covers.

Skill summaries

  • Colors — Rules for working with the ACSS color model, root colors, shade generation, and color assignments.
  • Typography — Rules for type scales, heading and body sizing, and font assignments.
  • Spacing — Rules for spacing scale, spacing relationships, and common spacing adjustments.
  • Radius — Rules for border radius tokens and how radius choices carry through components.
  • Cards — Rules for card framework options and card-related styling tokens.
  • Icons — Rules for icon framework options, sizing, and icon-related color assignments.

Viewing and editing a skill

  • Click View to open the skill details.
  • Click Edit to customize the skill instructions.
  • If you make changes and want to go back, use Reset to restore the default skill content.

Skills affect how the agent behaves. Only edit a skill if you have a specific reason.
